Your employer has a legal duty to keep you safe in the workplace.
 

This includes:
- ensuring all machinery is functioning properly  

- you have the necessary training to do your job safely

- you are rotated on shift as required 

- you are provided with all the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
